Terry has been a member of his community for almost 40 years and comes from a background in home construction and remodeling. He started his real estate career in 1985 and has since closed over 2,300 transactions. His practice is unique in it’s diversity – having represented clients buying and selling new and resale Homes, raw and developed Land, commercial buildings, restaurants, ranches and even golf courses.

Terry is a member of the Commercial Brokers Association and serves as a Commissioner with the Pierce County Land Use Advisory. In his spare time he enjoys woodworking, bow hunting, riding his horse, J.R. and especially spending time with his children.
